We have a design office capable of calculating and sizing any need ranging from the end stop of the track to the lashing plate of a gantry up to the complete arming of the track.
Our operation is simple: above all, we want to understand your needs, the purpose of the project and the issues. We are much more than equipment resellers, our added value lies in listening to our customers and choosing the best solution.
Before offering you a solution, we will take into account, for example: the environmental limitations of the installation or work space, your expectations and options for future maintenance, the customers budget when seeking optimization, the existing equipment to avoid systematic replacement and work within adjusted consumption…

We have a wide range of rails in stock in different lengths and different grades. We have also established strong partnerships with European rail rolling mills to be able to respond quickly to any quantity or specific request.

We can also offer you the “rail design” according to the existing one (profile machined from steel blooms), as well as finishing as required (45° cutting, drilling, machining).
The rails are subject to state-of-the-art quality and logistics monitoring and will be given to you with a certificate of origin.
Our clips and rail fixings
The fixing of the rail constitutes a major element of the assembly of the track. Our priority is to choose the fixing best suited to your needs, to the loads on the railes and the reactions in the rail, to the environment, to the space available, to your budget.
Thanks to innovative modeling based on EUROCODES, the TRACKX team is able to define a lateral force capacity specific to the type of rail chosen in order to choose the best technical and economic solution.

Machined Clips
Being specialized in design, we are also able to model and manufacture tailor-made solutions (machined clips, anti-lift clips, anti-tracking clips, etc.)
All ranges are available in galvanized or black versions. All our clips are made of forged steel with hot vulcanized nose following the rules of the art.
Our pads
The use of a pad under the rail provides elasticity to the assembly, extending its lifetime and improving the operating conditions of the tool.
TRACKX currently offers a wide range of standard pads ranging from the MK2 (discontinuous) MK3 or even MK5 (continuous profiles) range.
The range allows us to respond to each use of our customers, ranging from the simple MK3 nitrile pad to a reinforced version of an MK5 with steel strip for heavy load areas.
MK2 profiles are made to size at the customer’s request.
TRACKX has a large stock of profiles to guarantee your most urgent needs.
Our soleplates and chairplates
TRACKX is above all a crane track solution design company: We support you in the development of your solutions, through technical meetings as well as 2D modeling of the solutions that we will advise you.
Our TRACKX project managers can offer you, based on the results of our modeling and our calculations, an optimized design of the support plates, giving you peace of mind and budget optimization.
With solid experience in the field, we will guide you towards standard arrangements or work on tailor-made solutions with a single watchword: customer listening and proactivity.
From 100mm thick plates for industry to simple 12mm plates, we have numerous partners capable of manufacturing quickly and with a high level of technicality.
We are also able to offer you solutions for PRS (welded reconstituted beams) or other specific metal supports.
Our mortars and resins
Choosing the right mortar/resin is the guarantee of a successful project. At TRACKX we are firmly convinced of this principle, which is why we have selected a reduced number of specialized suppliers to have a wide range and to offer the product best suited to demand.
Because each site is unique, so is the timing of our solutions.
- We offer different types of sealing mortar (very thin thickness-high resistance / standard / large thickness / resistant to aggressive and marine environments, etc.).
- We offer different types of epoxy resins in the same specifications.
